New Issue: Freddie Mac's $5.5 billion 1.625% Reference Notes due 2013 yield Treasuries plus 31.5 bps

Boston, March 3 - Freddie Mac priced $5.5 billion of 1.625% three-year Reference Notes on Wednesday at an initial spread of 31.5 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes were sold at 99.86 to yield 1.671%. Price talk was at a spread of 31.5 bps over Treasuries.
J.P. Morgan Chase, RBS Securities Inc. and UBS Investment Bank were the underwriters.
The notes are non-callable.
