New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $500 million five-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at 3.125%

New York, Feb. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $500 million of 3.125% five-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 16, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 16.

RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Nomura Securities International Inc. are the managers.
