New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion 25-year non-call one-year 0% notes

New York, Feb. 19 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 0% 25-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at 23, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 22, 2035 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 22, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
