New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million 10-year non-call 0.5-year notes at 4%

New York, Dec. 8 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 4% 10-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Dec. 29, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning June 29, 2011.

First Tennessee Bank NA Memphis, Citigroup Global Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith are the managers.
