New York, Dec. 8 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 0.625% 1.5-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on June 22, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 22, 2011.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the manager.
