New York, Dec. 3 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 0% 23-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at 32, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Jan. 13, 2034 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 13, 2012.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
