New York, Oct. 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 3.5% 12-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 16, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Feb. 16, 2011.
RBS Greenwich Capital is the manager.
