New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million five-year non-callable Reference Notes at 2.875%

New York, Jan. 29 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2.875% five-year non-callable Reference Notes at 101, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Feb. 9, 2015.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., RBS Greenwich Capital, UBS AG, BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Goldman Sachs, Citigroup Global Markets, Banc of America Securities LLC, Daiwa Securities America Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Corp. are the managers.
