Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 1 - Freddie Mac priced an additional $1 billion of its 2.125% Reference Notes due Sept. 21, 2012, according to an agency news release.
The reopened notes priced at 101.042473, or 31 basis points over three-year Treasuries.
The stop yield was 1.772%, and 93.333% of the notes were allocated at the stop yield.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.335 to 1.
The notes were priced via an internet-based auction and will settle Wednesday, after which the total issue size will be $5.5 billion.
The original $4.5 billion of notes priced at 99.959 on Aug. 5 to yield 2.138%, or 37.5 bps over Treasuries.
The notes are listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
