New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 1.5% callable two-year notes at par

Chicago, Aug. 4 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.5% global medium-term notes due Aug. 24, 2011 at par on Monday.

Interest is payable semiannually.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Jefferies & Co. Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. were the underwriters.

The notes are callable beginning Aug. 24, 2010.

The issue will settle on Aug. 24.
