New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion 1.625% two-year callable global notes

Tacoma, Wash., June 30 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.625% global medium-term notes due July 22, 2011 at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a Bermudan call option starting Oct. 22, 2009.

UBS AG is the underwriter.

The issue will settle on July 22.
