New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 2% three-year callable global notes at par

New York, May 27 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2% global medium-term notes due June 15, 2012 at par, according to the agency's web site.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The bonds are callable beginning June 15, 2010.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the underwriters.

The issue will settle on June 15.
