New York, April 29 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.625% global medium-term notes due Aug. 11, 2011 at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds are callable beginning on May 11, 2010.
UBS AG, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Jefferies & Co., Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the underwriters.
Settlement will occur on May 11.
