New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 2.05% three-year medium-term notes at par

Chicago, April 28 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.05% global medium-term notes due May 11, 2012 at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds are callable beginning on May 11, 2010.

Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., UBS AG, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Jefferies & Co., Inc. are the underwriters.

Settlement will occur on May 11.
