New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 1.75% medium-term notes due July 2011 at par

New York, April 16 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.75% global medium-term notes due July 27, 2011 at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds are callable on April 27, 2010.

Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the underwriters.

Settlement will occur on April 27.
