New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion 3% five-year notes at par

Chicago, April 8 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 3% global medium-term notes due April 21, 2014 at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds are callable on April 21, 2010.

RBS Securities Inc. is the bookrunner. Co-managers were J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Jefferies & Co. Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Settlement will occur April 21.
