New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $2 billion 1.75% two-year notes at par

Chicago, April 8 - Freddie Mac priced $2 billion of 1.75% global medium-term notes due April 20, 2011 at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds are callable on April 20, 2010.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the bookrunner. Co-managers are Banc of America Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc.

Settlement will occur April 20.
