New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion three-year NC one-year 2.2% notes

Tacoma, Wash., April 7 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.2% three-year global medium-term notes at par Monday, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on April 20, 2010 and mature on April 20, 2012.

Banc of America Securities LLC is the manager.

Settlement will occur April 20.
