New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion 2.5-year NC one-year 2% notes

Tacoma, Wash., April 6 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2% two-and-a-half-year global medium-term notes at par Friday, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on April 14, 2010 and mature on Oct. 14, 2011.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the manager.

Settlement will occur April 14.
