New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 2.5% four-year non-call two-year MTNs at par

New York, March 27 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.5% four-year global medium-term notes on Thursday at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds' first call date is April 8, 2011, and they mature on April 8, 2013.

Interest is payable semiannually.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

Settlement will occur on April 8.
