New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 2.125% three-year non-call one-year MTNs at par

Chicago, March 20 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.125% three-year global medium-term notes on Thursday at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on April 2, 2010 and mature on April 2, 2012.

Interest is payable semiannually.

Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the underwriters.

Settlement will occur on April 2.
