New York, March 11 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 2.625% three-year global medium-term notes on Tuesday at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds have a one-time call on March 19, 2010 and mature on March 19, 2012.
Interest is payable semiannually.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the underwriter.
Settlement will occur on March 19.
