New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $1 billion 3.25% five-year non-call two-year MTNs at par

New York, March 5 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 3.25% five-year non-call two-year global medium-term notes on Wednesday, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on March 18, 2011 and mature on March 18, 2014.

Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the underwriters.

Settlement will occur on March 18.
