New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $2.5 billion two-year NC one-year 2.05% notes

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 26 - Freddie Mac priced $2.5 billion of 2.05% two-year non-call one-year global medium-term notes Wednesday, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a one-time call on March 9, 2010 and mature on March 9, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and UBS AG are the lead managers with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as co-manager.

Settlement will occur March 9.
