New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $1 billion two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at 1.5%

New York, Dec. 30 - Freddie Mac priced $1 billion of 1.5% two-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Jan. 19, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 19, 2010.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the managers.
