New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $250 million five-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 3.3%
New York, Dec. 24 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 3.3% five-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Jan. 13, 2015 and have a Bermuda call beginning April 13, 2010.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., UBS AG and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the managers.
