New York, Dec. 8 - Freddie Mac priced $250 million of 2.05% five-year non-call one-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Dec. 17, 2014 and have a Bermuda call beginning Dec. 17, 2010.
J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the manager.
