New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 3.5-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 2%

New York, Dec. 2 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2% 3.5-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 24, 2013 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 24, 2010.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo are the managers.
