Freddie Mac talks new three-year Reference Notes at Treasuries plus 31.5 bps for Tuesday

Boston, Nov. 30 - Freddie Mac plans to price new three-year Reference Notes on Tuesday with price talk at a spread of 31.5 basis points over Treasuries, market sources said.

The size of the deal has not been set, but it is expected to be benchmark size, or at least $3 billion.

Barclays Capital, Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC and JPMorgan are the bookrunners.

The notes will be non-callable.
