New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $200 million five-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 2.95%

New York, Nov. 24 - Freddie Mac priced $200 million of 2.95% five-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Dec. 1, 2014 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 1, 2010.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the managers.
