Freddie Mac gives tender results of offer for 16 STACR notes

Chicago, Sept. 13 – Freddie Mac announced the results of its tender offer for any and all of certain Structured Agency Credit Risk (STACR) notes, according to a press release.

As of the 5 p.m. ET Sept. 12 expiration time, about $1.28 billion principal amount was tendered.

Noteholders had tendered and the company accepted the following amounts:

• $63,747,369, or 62.85%, of the $101,424,416 original principal amount of STACR 2017-DNA3 B-1 notes (Cusip: 3137G0RJ0) for $1,099.38 per note;

• $78,149,749, or 97.86%, of the $79,854,653 original principal amount of STACR 2018-DNA1 B-1 notes (Cusip: 3137G0UB3) for $1,054.07 per note;

• $73,415,000, or 69.92%, of the $105 million original principal amount of STACR 2018-DNA3 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35563WBD5) for $1,090.60 per note;

• $7.11 million, or 7.59%, of the $93.65 million original principal amount of STACR 2018-HQA1 B-1 notes (Cusip: 3137G0UX5) for $1,100.00 per note;

• $16,771,333, or 60.58%, of the $27,686,333 original principal amount of STACR 2018-HQA2 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35563XBD3) for $1,107.50 per note;

• All, or 100%, of the $438,083,960 original principal amount of STACR 2018-HRP2 M-3 notes (Cusip: 35564ABF7) for $1,027.50 per note;

• All, or 100%, of the $86 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-DNA1 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35563KBD1) for $1,118.44 per note;

• $72.69 million, or 99.58%, of the $73 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-DNA2 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35564LBD8) for $1,091.88 per note;

• $84,335,000, or 93.71%, of the $90 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-DNA3 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35564TBD1) for $1,055.32 per note;

• $57.25 million, or 77.36%, of the $74 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-DNA4 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35565ABD1) for $1,025.00 per note;

• $49.6 million, or 37.86%, of the $131 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-HQA1 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35563MBD7) for $1,093.44 per note;

• $106,908,743, or 85.53%, of the $125 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-HQA2 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35564MBD6) for $1,072.50 per note;

• $82,709,209, or 65.64%, of the $126 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-HQA3 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35564XBD2) for $1,040.63 per note;

• $27,644,766, or 52.16%, of the $53 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-HQA4 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35565CBD7) for $1,025.00 per note;

• $36.71 million, or 70.6%, of the $52 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-HRP1 M-3 notes (Cusip: 35564RBF0) for $1,017.50 per note; and

• $1.75 million, or 4.17%, of the $42 million original principal amount of STACR 2019-FTR2 B-1 notes (Cusip: 35564WBD4) for $1,030.00 per note.

Each tender offer consideration is based on $1,000 principal amount per note.

Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.

Settlement is expected to occur on Sept. 14.

Notes tendered under guaranteed delivery procedures and accepted for purchase are expected to be purchased on Sept. 15, but payment of accrued interest will only be made to the settlement date of the offer.
