New Issue: Frasers Centrepoint sells S$200 million 3.2% notes due 2023

Olympia, Wash., April 30 – Singapore’s Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. priced S$200 million 3.2% series 001 notes due May 11, 2023 (BBB), according to a notice.

The notes are being issued by FCT MTN Pte. Ltd. out of the company’s S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.

DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. are the joint bookrunners for the notes.

The notes may be redeemed in whole or in part at a make-whole amount plus interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general working capital.

The property developer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore's Fraser & Neave Ltd.
