Moody's rates Nationwide Children's, Ohio, bonds Aa2/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Aa2/VMIG1 ratings to Nationwide Children's Hospital's $199.835 million of series 2008C to G variable-rate revenue bonds to be issued through Franklin County, Ohio.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the bonds is expected on May 6. They will be weekly variable-rate demand obligations with standby bond purchase agreements from JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA.
