S&P assigns Brazos County, Texas, Franciscan bonds A-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its A- long-term rating to Brazos County Health Facilities Development Corp., Texas' $30 million of series 2008 revenue bonds due Dec. 31, 2038.

S&P said it also assigned its A- underlying rating to the development corporation's $61.692 million of outstanding series 1997 bonds, all issued for Franciscan Services Corp. Obligated Group.

The outlook is positive.
