Fragrance Group repurchases S$250,000 of 6 1/8% notes due 2021

New York, Oct. 20 – Fragrance Group Ltd. repurchased S$250,000, or 0.2%, in principal amount of its 6 1/8% notes due April 2021 (ISIN: SG7PB2000007), according to a news release.

The notes were repurchased on Oct. 19 at an aggregate purchase price of 99.6, or S$256,467.47, including accumulated interest of S$7,467.47.

Following the most recent repurchase, S$118 million of the original S$125 million of the notes remains outstanding.

Fragrance Group expects that the repurchase of the notes will reduce its interest expenses.

Fragrance is a Singapore-based developer with two divisions: property and hotel.
