New Issue: Competition Team sells $700 million 3¾% notes due 2024

Chicago, March 12 – Competition Team Technologies Ltd. issued $700 million of 3¾% notes due 2024 on Tuesday, according to a notice.

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Ltd. and HSBC Ltd. are the lead managers and bookrunners.

Competition Team Technologies supplies mobile handsets. The Nassau, Bahamas-based company is a subsidiary of Taiwan’s Foxconn (Far East) Ltd.
