RBC redeems $1.13 million trigger phoenix notes on Foster Wheeler

Madison, Wis., Nov. 16 - Royal Bank of Canada said it redeemed all $1,133,800 of its outstanding trigger phoenix autocallable optimization securities due May 16, 2013 linked to the registered shares of Foster Wheeler AG.

The securities (Cusip: 78008C465) were redeemed on Nov. 15 at par plus a quarterly contingent coupon of 14.85% per year.
