Fossil director reports beneficial stake of 13.8%

Charlotte, N.C., March 19 - Lynne Kartsotis, wife of Tom Kartsotis, a director of Fossil Inc., sold 995,233 shares of the company's stock between March 10 and March 18 priced from $12.2936 to $14.3819 each.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

Tom Kartsotis beneficially owns 9,206,751 shares, or 13.8%, of the Richardson, Texas, watches and fashion accessories company.
