Fossil chairman Kartsotis sells 552,601 shares, retains 7.4% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 14 - Fossil Inc. chairman Tom Kartsotis sold 552,601 shares of the company's stock in the open market between Oct. 21 and Dec. 10 priced from $32.05 to $32.90 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Between May 11, 2009 and Sept. 2, Kartsotis sold 1,458,956 shares and kept an 8.5% stake, a prior SEC filing said.

Kartsotis beneficially owns 4,920,354 shares, or 7.4%, of the Richardson, Texas, watches and fashion accessories company.
