Forward Income Allocation Fund to become Forward Income Builder Fund

Minneapolis, March 8 - The Forward Income Allocation Fund will be renamed the Forward Income Builder Fund effective May 1, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Forward Funds.

The funds' adviser is Denver-based Forward Asset Management.
