Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 6 - Forum Uranium Corp. said it is revising a C$3 million private placement of stock. The deal originally priced on June 9.
The company now plans to sell up to 10 million flow-through common shares at C$0.30 apiece.
It originally planned to sell up to 6,666,667 flow-through common shares at C$0.45 apiece.
The deal will still be conducted by agents Raymond James Ltd. and Deacon & Co. Capital Markets Inc. The agents now have a 20% greenshoe.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and development of the company's Thelon and Athabasca Basin uranium properties.
Forum is a uranium exploration and development company based in Vancouver, B.C.
