Forum Funds' Lou Holland Growth Fund to be American Beacon Holland Large Cap Growth Fund

Minneapolis, Dec. 19 - Forum Funds approved a proposed reorganization of the Lou Holland Growth Fund into a newly created series of American Beacon Funds, the American Beacon Holland Large Cap Growth Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Holland Capital Management LLC, the adviser to the fund, recommended the reorganization. After the reorganization, management oversight responsibility for the new fund will shift from Holland to American Beacon Advisors, Inc.

Forum Funds is based in Portland, Maine. American Beacon Funds is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
