New York, Aug. 2 - Forum Energy plc said it has completed a private placement of stock for £11 million.
The company sold 9,821,428.5 shares at 112p each to institutional investors.
The offering is the second round of financing the company has conducted since May. In May, the company raised £3.4 million, selling 3.4 million shares at £1.00 each.
Based in London, Forum is an energy group with natural gas, oil and coal assets in the Philippines.
