Fort Wayne, Ind., plans $82.55 million sale of sewage revenue bonds for Wednesday

New York, March 11 - The City of Fort Wayne, Ind., is set to sell $82.55 million of series 2013 sewage works revenue bonds on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $75,215,000 of series 2013 revenue bonds and $7,335,000 of series 2013 revenue refunding bonds.

The bonds will be sold competitively with H.J. Umbaugh & Associates as the financial adviser.

The revenue bonds are due 2013 to 2033 and the refunding bonds are due 2013 to 2018.

Proceeds will be used to upgrade water treatment facilities and refund existing debt.
