New York, May 26 - The City of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., priced Wednesday $82.3 million in series 2010 water and sewer revenue bonds (Aa1/AA/), said a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold competitively with Wells Fargo Securities LLC winning the bid.
The bonds are due 2011 to 2030 with term bonds due 2032, 2033, 2036 and 2038. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a 5% coupon, priced at 111.943, and the 2033 bonds have a 4.375% coupon, priced at 98.254. The 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon, priced at 110.823. The 2038 bonds have a 4.5% coupon, priced at 98.499.
Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the city's water and sewer system.
