New Issue: Fort Bend County, Texas, prices $58.22 million of road bonds

New York, April 3 - Fort Bend County, Texas, sold $58.22 million of series 2012 unlimited tax road bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA+/) were sold through Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC. The co-managers were Raymond James & Associates Inc., Kipling Jones & Co. and Jefferies & Co.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to construct macadamized, graveled and paved roads and turnpikes.
