New Issue: Forsyth County School District, Ga., brings $100.83 million G.O. bonds

New York, Jan. 26 – The Forsyth County School District of Georgia sold $100.83 million of series 2016 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa1/AA+/) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The bonds are due 2018 to 2033 with 5% coupons and yields from 0.66% to 2.44%.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip and renovate school facilities and purchase land for future school sites.
