New Issue: Forsyth County, Ga., prices $144.08 million of G.O. bonds

New York, April 22 – Forsyth County, Ga., sold $144.08 million of series 2015 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The deal included $83,765,000 of series 2015A G.O. bonds and $60,315,000 of series 2015B G.O. refunding bonds.
The 2015A bonds are due 2018 to 2035 with 3% to 5% coupons and 0.87% to 2.8% yields.
The 2015B bonds are due 2020 to 2028 with 5% coupons and yields from 1.27% to 2.42%.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
Proceeds will be used to construct, renovate and improve roads, streets, bridges and sidewalks in the county and to refund the county’s series 2008A G.O. bonds.
