Allianz AGIC International Growth Fund to liquidate, dissolve May 21

Minneapolis, March 20 - Allianz Funds Multi-Strategy Trust announced that effective May 21 the Allianz AGIC International Growth Fund will be liquidated and dissolved, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Any shares of the fund remaining on May 21 will be automatically redeemed on that date.

The fund's investment manager is New York-based Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC.
