New Issue: HSBC sells $1 million 0.5% income plus autocallables tied to five stocks

Chicago, Oct. 26 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1 million of income plus autocallable notes due Oct. 30, 2024 linked to five common stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying companies are Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Ford Motor Co., HP Inc., Altria Group, Inc. and Verizon Communications Inc.

On any annual review date, the notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 6% if each underlying stock closes at or above its initial level for that year.

If the notes are not called, the notes will pay a coupon of 0.5% for that year.

The payout at maturity will be par.
